When uploading invoice files, you represent that:
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance.
You retain all rights to your data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe).
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may terminate accounts for violation of terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. You may cancel anytime from your account settings.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@restromanagers.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days.
