14-Day Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe after the trial period.
Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your billing date. Refunds are pro-rated based on the unused portion of your subscription.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@restromanagers.com
- Include your account email and reason for refund
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Non-Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions older than 7 days
- Accounts terminated for terms of service violations
- Third-party services or add-ons
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data will be retained for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate
